At Change My Community, we are dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion by empowering underserved groups and underrepresented populations. Our programs offer tailored support and resources for racial and ethnic minorities, women, veterans, people with disabilities, and other marginalized communities. We provide mentorship, job training, and placement services to help overcome employment barriers many of these groups face. Additionally, we offer workshops, seminars, and educational programs designed to promote cultural awareness and allyship and advance equal rights and opportunities.
