We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization into the future. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the organization’s operations, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, program development, and community engagement. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and is responsible for achieving the organization’s mission and goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in nonprofit management or a related area is preferred
• Proven leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, including 2 years in a senior management role
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and fundraising experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance, best practices, and compliance requirements.
