We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fundraiser Development Director to lead our fundraising efforts and secure the financial resources needed to support our mission. The Fundraiser Development Director will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining donor relationships, and leading a team of fundraising professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in fundraising and development within the nonprofit sector, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong track record of successful fundraising, including securing major gifts and grants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors and team members
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
