We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Director to lead our programmatic efforts. The Program Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating our programs to ensure they align with our mission and deliver meaningful results.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, including budget management, resource allocation, and staff supervision. Monitor program performance and outcomes, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results. Work with senior leadership to contribute to the organization’s strategic planning process, ensuring programmatic goals align with the overall mission. Develop and implement program-specific strategic plans and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in nonprofit management, social work, public health, or a related area is preferred
• Proven experience in program management and development within the nonprofit sector, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
